Replace your bad Toyota or Lexus D4S or D4R ballast with a new factory Toyota/Lexus D4S/D4R factory ballast without paying the dealership mark up! This is a new factory Toyota / Lexus factory original ballast and will replace any Toyota or Lexus D4S or D4R ballast (will not work for D2S or D2R models).
