These 5202 (H16) LED Bulbs put out an astonishing 6000 Lumens of 6000K brilliant white light and use less power then the factory 5202 (H16) halogen bulbs!
These 5202 (H15) LED bulbs do not get hot like other 5202 (h16) upgrade bulbs that can damage or melt the housings, they run cooler then the stock bulbs however put our over 10 times the light of the stock bulbs, making these a fabulous upgrade for those looking to have the poor factory "accent" fog lights be useful for real increased light output, making them very useful for foul weather, seeing wildlife and pedestrians on the sides of the road or just increased light down the road! Plus their 6000K brilliant white light output matches factory LED and HID headlights or aftermarket LED and HID replacements.
Each 5202 (H16) LED bulb has 2 LED emitters, one on each side with wide angle output to provide maximum light output with a wide full spread of light. Each 5202 (H16) LED bulb has an integrated heat sink and fan to maximize cooling of the 5202 (H16) LED bulb so the LEDs can function at maximum output.
The separate LED control modules mounted inline further increase reliability by placing the control unit outside of the bulb itself, eliminating the heat the electronics are exposed to and allowing the bulbs to be much smaller so they can fit in tighter places. The direct plug in design makes for very easy installation. The bulbs do require about 2 inches of clearance behind the housing to allow install and fitment.
